The breading, prepared mainly with beer, is perfect for the preparation of various products. It is very suitable for fish, chicken, vegetables and sausages.
You need 1.1 lb (500 grams) of flour, 2 eggs, 1 glass of beer, 1.7 oz (50 grams) of butter, salt and spices. The dishes, for which the beer breading is used, are distinguished by their delicious crispy crust. The breading turns out tender and fluffy.
Grab a small pot. Carefully separate the egg yolks from the whites. Put the yolks in the bowl in which you will prepare the breading.
For your convenience, you can beat the yolks with a mixer. Pour a glass of beer over them and beat them until you have a smooth mixture. Sift the flour through a sieve to saturate it with oxygen.
In general, when preparing any dish with flour, it is recommended to always sift it, which will allow the dish to become more puffy. The flour is gradually added to the breading you're preparing and is mixed well so that no lumps remain.
Add 50 grams of oil to the breading. Add salt to the mixture. Separately, beat the egg whites and carefully add them to the mixture.
If you are going to be breading chicken, it is very appropriate to add a little paprika, curry or a little crushed garlic. A pinch of black pepper or white pepper, maybe finely chopped fresh dill, goes very well with the breading for fish or shrimp.
Dip the pieces, which you're breading, in a plate of flour first, then in the breadcrumbs, then in the flour once again and fry them in a deep pan with hot fat.
