Even those of us who follow a diet and have excluded bread and bakery products from their menu would immediately consider it if they could sense the aroma of freshly baked bread. It is not necessary to go to the nearby bakery for this purpose, because you can prepare it yourself at home.
It is a complete delusion that for this purpose you have to get one of the modern bread making machines today, because bread can be baked in the most ordinary oven. All you need is flour, yeast and a little salt and sugar.
Homemade bread 1
Necessary products: 600 g of flour, 1 dry yeast (7 g), 1 tsp of salt, 2 pinches of sugar, 370-400 ml of lukewarm water.
How to prepare: Mix all of the products, without the water, in a deep bowl and make a well in the center of the flour mixture. Gradually pour the water into it and stir with a wooden spoon. The idea is to get a smooth dough that you have kneaded well and you need to leave it rest until it doubles its size.
Once it rises well enough, it is placed on a floured surface and kneaded once more and then it is divided into two parts and two loaves are formed from them.
Place them in a greased baking tray and wait for them to rise a little more. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C and once the bread begins to bake a little it can be reduced to 190-200°C.
Homemade bread 2
Necessary products: 500 g of ready-mix for baking a rye-wheat bread, 350 ml of lukewarm water.
How to prepare: The products mentioned above are added together and mixed with a mixer for about 5 minutes.
Note that only special dough whisks must be used for this purpose and that the mixer must be switched on at its highest speed. The dough you've prepared is left to rise for 30 minutes.
Pour the dough into a greased baking tray, in which it will be baked later, shape it like bread or a few loaves and wait another 45 minutes for it to rise again. Bake for about 60 minutes at the bottom of the oven, which must be preheated to 230°C.
