Breakfast is considered to be the most important meal of the day, as it energizes our body and boosts the amount of work we do. When we miss a morning meal, we feel exhausted throughout the day and we often overeat in the evening.
However, if we have enough for breakfast, we have the strength to fight all the challenges in the office and outside it. Therefore, the first meal of the day should be tasty, nutritious and healthy. The healthiest morning foods are eggs, mushrooms, avocados, cottage cheese and bran with yogurt.
At the same time, however, there are foods that are not included in the category for healthy breakfasts. They are unsuitable for the first meal and should be avoided or at least reduced.
