To get a glaze for decoration for gingerbread or cookies, you need to sift the powdered sugar 2 times. Then pour it into a pouch with a nozzle and decorate cakes and pastries according to your imagination.
You can sprinkle crystal sugar on the egg white glaze, which gives off a frost effect. This is usually use to decorate Christmas cookies. The cookies are left to dry, then they are arranged onto a tray or placed in a box and they are covered with cling film.

For the egg white powder glaze you need 3 egg whites or that's 3 tbsp. of egg white powder and about 6 tbsp of water. It can be flavored with essence or colored with food color gel paint.
