Healthy heart. Vinegar supports the heart, including removing bad cholesterol, thereby protecting against cardiovascular disease and improving your health;
Weight loss. Apple vinegar helps lose weight because it gives you a feeling of fullness and lowers the total amount of food eaten;
Sore Throats. Apple Cider Vinegar has antibacterial properties that help with sore throats. You can gargle with a mixture of one cup of apple cider vinegar mixed with warm water;
Acid Reflux and Other Digestive Problems. Acid reflux is most often the result of having too little acid in your stomach. This can easily be remedied by taking 1 tablespoon of raw, unrefined apple cider vinegar dissolved in a large glass of water - once a day;
