How to make
Cut the apples into pieces and put them in three-liter jars - do not overfill them.
Dissolve the sugar in hot water and pour it over the apples, by making sure the liquid is above the apples.
Stir them with a wooden spoon at least a few times a day.
After 10 days, strain the apple cider vinegar through a cheesecloth and transfer it into clean jars.
Cover them with cheesecloth as well.
Leave the vinegar like this for another 6 weeks.
Strain it after this period and distribute it into glass jars.
Store it in a dark and cool place. In time it will clear up.
Use this natural apple cider vinegar to flavor a variety of salads and soups.
