We've all peeled boiled eggs. However, we don't always peel them properly - either shells remain on them, or half of the egg white falls with the shells.
If you want to know how to easily peel your egg - quickly and without shell residue and keep it whole, read on.
Here's how to peel boiled eggs easily
- The first thing you need to do is, of course, boil them. The water you boil the eggs in should have very little salt added to it. When the water boils, the eggs are placed inside and boiled for about 7-8 minutes. Boiling time depends on how you prefer your eggs;
- After boiling the eggs, put them in cold water. This way, you will stop the cooking process and they will cool down faster;
- Then you need to tap the egg lightly, but it should not be done with force. The egg shell just needs to crack. This procedure must be done on all sides of the egg;
- After the shell has already cracked, you need to put the egg between your palms and start rolling it between them, as if you were making meatballs. You should apply very light pressure. This way the eggshell will separate from the egg;
- Then just remove the shell. Wash the peeled egg, so that there are no shells left on it and that's it.
