The actual drying of the blackberries can be done in different ways. You can use an electric dryer or an oven. First you need to heat them to 70°C and two hours later - reduce the temperature to 40°C. The total drying time is about 6-7 hours.
If you don't have a special device, you can use the traditional method - leave the fruit in the sun. However, then you will have to wait significantly longer, since blackberries need at least 1 day of exposure to the sun.
After they are well dried, it is advisable to remove any unfit or damaged fruit. Then you can close the finished blackberries in a clean and dry jar or in a suitable box.
