On the market, pork and specifically pork shoulder is one of the most common meat at an affordable price.

Very often most cooks prefer to roast it in the oven, for example with fragrant vegetables.
The duration of roasting the pork shoulder varies depending on the size and thickness of it.
This time is usually in the range of 1-1:20 hours to obtain tasty and tender pork. It can also last a little longer if the pieces of meat are in larger pieces.
You have to remember, however, that the delicious and well-roasted pork is cooked for a longer time at about 430°F (220°C). If you want this meat to have a crispy crust, it is best to grease it with oil before roasting it and do not pour juices over it during roasting.
It is good to season the pork in advance with spices (salt, black pepper, paprika) and grease it with oil. In the baking pan with the meat add 1-2 fingers of water and roast it.
