The first signs of hardening of the mixture appear after about 40-60 minutes in the refrigerator. To speed up this process, you can put gelatin briefly in the freezer. The jelly will be completely firm and ready for consumption after at least 4 hours in the refrigerator and if it is larger in quantity, even after 6-8 hours.
