How is soy yogurt made?
Products required:
- Organic soy milk - 4 cups (950 ml)
- Probiotic powder - 1.2 packets
Cooking method:
Pour the organic soy milk into a pot. Heat the milk on the stove for a few minutes, then let it cool to 100°F (40°C). Add the probiotic powder. Distribute it in glass jars.
Place them in a regular oven, wrapped in a blanket, (preheated to 40-45°C and then turned off) and leave the oven light on for 1 night.
You can also put it in an Instant Pot and leave it overnight (10-12 hours). The important detail is that it needs a warm environment to ferment. Refrigerate after fermentation is complete.
