Each edible mushroom has its own specific flavor and different nutritional value.

However, the question is how to store mushrooms for a longer time after we have picked them? The answer is simple - canning mushrooms.
Depending on their size, the mushrooms are cut into pieces of about 1 cm in size. Then they are blanched in slightly salted boiling water.
Then strain them and leave them to cool slightly.
In small jars, place 5-6 grains of black pepper and 1/2 tsp. of salt at the bottom. Fill the jars with blanched mushrooms and finally add the same amount of salt and black pepper.
The jars are sealed.
How long are mushrooms sterilized for
Arrange them in a container suitable for boiling. The jars of mushrooms are boiled. After they have boiled, 3 hours are timed and only then are they removed from the heat.
This way sterilized mushrooms can last for years.
