  • puff pastry - 2 lb (1 kg.)
  • pate - 9 oz (250 g)
  • feta cheese - 5 oz (150 g)
  • olives - 15, green
  • bacon - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • parsley - 5 bunches

How to make

Cut the puff pastry into strips with a width of about 1/2″ (1.5 cm), from which you'll shape the cones. Bake until pale pink.

Once cool, fill with a mixture made from the mashed feta cheese, pitted and chopped olives, pâté, crushed parsley and finely chopped bacon.
