How to make
Cut the bacon into small strips and fry them in a dry skillet on medium heat.
Put the cleaned and shredded lettuce in a bowl. Add the olives, bacon and the hard boiled eggs that you've chopped into quarters.
Along the periphery of the plate, make a decoration of the radishes - cut them up in an interesting way. Sprinkle the salad with a little salt, soy sauce, vinegar and oil.
Serve this salad immediately.
