How to make
Peel the washed apples, cut them into thin slices in a pot, pour on the sugar, lemon juice and water over them. Put on moderate heat and boil about 10 min., remove pot from the heat and leave to cool completely.
Knead the pie crust from the products for it, then set aside 1/3 of it. Roll out the larger part into a sheet larger than the diameter of the tray and lay it out in it, while also forming the sides of the pie. Poke the flat part of the crust in several spots with a fork.
Pour and evenly distribute the apple stuffing over the crust, sprinkle with the cinnamon and fold the walls of the pie inward. Roll out the smaller part of the crust you set aside, cut out shapes using a cookie cutter, decorate the pie with them.
Bake in a preheated 340°F (170 °C) oven to a golden color.
Sprinkle the ready pie with powdered sugar.
