How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar until whitened. Then add the melted butter, milk and vanilla.
Next, while stirring nonstop, add the sifted flour with baking powder.
Pour the mixture into a greased tray, sprinkled with a little flour.
Arrange the peaches on top, cleaned or their skins and chopped into small pieces.
Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven about 40 min.
Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Notes: You can make the cake with other fruits if you like.
