Ingredients

  • tagliatelle - 9 oz (250 g)
  • bacon - 9 oz (250 g)
  • cream - 1 cup (250 g)
  • milk - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • processed cheese - 6 triangles with different flavors
  • salt
  • nutmeg - 1 pinch
  • white pepper
  • pesto - 1 tsp
  • parmesan - grated

How to make

Put the tagliatelle in salted boiling water, add a pinch of nutmeg. Boil 5 min., while stirring periodically. Strain after boiling.

Julienne the bacon and braise in a little heated oil. Mix the cream with the milk and various cheeses well, stir and add this to the bacon.

Once the mixture comes to a boil and cheeses melt, leave on the stove for another 1 min., while stirring nonstop. Pour the ready sauce over the tagliatelle, season with white pepper and pesto.

Sprinkle with parmesan and serve right away!
