How to make
Chop the peeled and wash potatoes coarsely, then pour the water over them. Boil on high heat until cooked, then on low heat another 2 hours.
The potatoes will break down entirely. Add a little salt. The result is a very runny mashed potato paste.
Leave it to settle for a few hours, the water at the top will be clear. Pour it into a separate container and store in the fridge.
Take 2 tbsp 3 times a day 30 min. before meals for 40 days.
