How to make
Grind the flaxseed into flour. Transfer the flour into a glass jar with a lid.
In a bowl, put the yogurt and 1 tablespoon of flaxseed. Stir and serve.
Intake 3.5 oz (100 g) of yogurt with 1 tbsp. of flaxseed for the first week.
For the second week, add another tablespoon to the portion.
For the third week, increase the yogurt to 5.3 oz (150 g), with 3 tablespoons of flaxseed. It is taken every morning on an empty stomach.
* Cleansing is done once a year.
