How to make
Preheat the oven to 340°F (170 degrees). Break the chocolate and melt it in the microwave or on a heated hob.
Separate the egg whites and yolks into separate bowls. Beat the egg whites with a mixer.
Add the yolks one by one to the melted chocolate and stir.
With a spatula, add little by little of the whipped egg whites to the chocolate mixture, while stirring lightly. Do not stir the mixture too much, because it will not turn out fluffy.
Pour the mixture into a muffin tin. Bake them for about 30 minutes.
Transfer the muffins onto a plate and serve them with powdered sugar, ice cream or fresh fruit, if desired.
The Two-Ingredient Muffins are ready.
