"The perfect breakfast - Chocolate Pancakes that you can garnish with a jam of your choice, ice cream or have simply as is."

Ingredients

  • milk - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • flour - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • sugar - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • corn starch - 1 2/3 tbsp (25 g)
  • dark chocolate - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • butter - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • eggs - 3
  • salt - 1 pinch

How to make

Pour the milk, sugar and salt in a container and bring to a boil on the stove. Add the finely crumbled chocolate and butter, stir until homogeneous.

Mix the flour and starch in another container. Add the beaten eggs and stir with a stirrer until there's no lumps left.

Cool the chocolate mixture briefly. Add it to the flour-egg mixture and stir well. Leave it to sit for 1 hour.

Use the batter to fry pancakes.

The products listed are for 20 small pancakes for a 4″ (10 cm) diameter pan.
