How to make
Pour the milk, sugar and salt in a container and bring to a boil on the stove. Add the finely crumbled chocolate and butter, stir until homogeneous.
Mix the flour and starch in another container. Add the beaten eggs and stir with a stirrer until there's no lumps left.
Cool the chocolate mixture briefly. Add it to the flour-egg mixture and stir well. Leave it to sit for 1 hour.
Use the batter to fry pancakes.
The products listed are for 20 small pancakes for a 4″ (10 cm) diameter pan.
