How to make
Clean the spinach, wash it well and parboil with boiling water. Then cut it and put it in a tray. To it add the coarsely grated carrot and zucchini and chopped onions.
Stir well, pour in 1 cup water. Put it on the stove to boil for about 30-40 min. for the zucchini and carrot to soften and for the water to evaporate a bit. Then remove from the heat and add the pre-crumbled feta cheese and spices (since the feta was salty I didn't add any salt but add a little bit if you like).
On top, pour the beaten together eggs and milk and bake in a highly preheated oven until it crisps well on top.
