How to make
Cut the zucchini into round slices and sprinkle with a little salt.
Roll them in flour and lightly shake off the excess.
Heat oil and fry on both sides until golden. Arrange in a plate.
Make the sauce by stirring together the yoghurt with the mayonnaise, pressed garlic cloves and pinch of salt.
Serve the zucchini with the garlic sauce poured on top. Quick and easy to make!
