How to make
Mix flour, eggs, butter, sugar and salt and slowly knead smooth dough. Whisking itself should take about 10 minutes. From the dough make balls that are shaped into sticks by hand on the counter.
Roll into rings, which are placed in a pot of boiling water. Once the pretzels rise, take them out with a slotted spoon and arrange in a tray with baking paper.
Optionally, the top can be covered with sesame seeds, caraway seeds or others. Bake them in a preheated oven at 430°F (220 °C) until golden brown.
