How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar, add the butter, yoghurt and flour with raising agents.
Knead a soft dough and roll it out to a thickness of 2″ (5 cm).
Cut it into figurines, smear them with the beaten yolk with a brush, sprinkle with sugar and bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven until ready.
