How to make
Mix the yeast with lukewarm water. Add a little salt, the cream and most of the flour. Knead a smooth dough and leave it to rest for 1 hour.
Beat the margarine or butter with vinegar and 3 tablespoons of flour. Brush this mixture on the rolled out dough, fold it, smear again and fold in 2 once more.
Allow the dough to rest a little. Cut it into cookies, brush them with oil, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake them in a moderately heated oven.
