"Extremely tasty lamb with a traditional marinade we`re all familiar with."

Ingredients

  • lamb - 9 lb (4 kg)
  • leeks - 1
  • parsley - 1 sprig for aroma
  • marinade
  • oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • paprika - 2 tablespoons
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • spearmint - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves

How to make

Cut the lamb into portions.

In a bowl, mix the products for the marinade, excluding the garlic. Put garlic in a blender with a little salt, blend, add it to marinade.

Smear the meat well on all sides and arrange in a tray. Put the leeks and parsley on top. Pour in a little white wine.

Cover with foil and bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven for 1 hour. Remove the foil at that point and bake another hour.
