In six clay pots, put five or six meatballs made from minced beef and pork, feta cheese, black pepper, finely chopped or grated onion, and a little spearmint.
Pour tomato juice over them and bake in the oven at 480°F (250°C) for about 20 minutes, then reduce to 390°F (200 °C), break an egg over each clay pot and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve warm, sprinkled with black pepper.
