How to make
In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and yoghurt. Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water. Drain them from the water, salt them and mash them while still warm.
Put a cake ring on a platter and distribute 1/2 the cooled potatoes. Grate the feta cheese on top and press with a spoon. Smear with the mayo sauce and place a layer of grated pickles and a layer of grated eggs.
Smear with the sauce again and lay on the rest of the mashed potatoes. Grate sausages on top and smear with sauce. Place in the fridge for 1 night.
The next day, remove the ring and cover with grated cheese. Sprinkle with finely chopped chives and decorate with cherry tomatoes and ham.
