How to make
Beat the eggs in a bowl with a fork. Add the yoghurt in which you've beaten the baking powder, oil, corn flour and stir well.
Crumble the feta cheese in another bowl. Cut the phyllo pastry sheets down the middle into 2 equal parts. Take 2 sheets, smear 1 with egg mixture using a brush, place the 2nd sheet on top, smear it lightly (we don't want it mushy), place a 3rd sheet on top.
Cut it into 3 triangles with kitchen scissors. Put crumbled feta cheese at the base of each triangle and roll up into cigars.
Arrange them in a slightly oiled tray. Smear lightly with a little of the remaining egg mixture with a brush and sprinkle sesame and poppy seeds. Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven until golden.
It makes for a fantastic weekend breakfast.
