How to make
Cut the cleaned and washed mushrooms into quarters, including the stems. Set aside 1 mushroom for later.
Put the mushrooms in a pot in 6 1/5 cups (1.5 L) salted water on the stove. Boil for 20 min.
Finely chop the set aside mushroom and braise it in a pan with the vegetable oil. Add the chopped carrot and pepper. Saute.
Add the mashed and chopped garlic cloves and the flour. Fry them lightly and pour some of the mushroom broth over them. Return everything to the pot with mushrooms.
Add the spices. Boil 10 min. After removing from the heat, add the butter.
Stir well and serve.
