  • flour - 1 2/5 cups (350 g)
  • corn flour - 4 tablespoons
  • salt - 2 tablespoons
  • milk - 1 2/5 cups (350 ml)
  • eggs - 1
  • onions - 8
  • vegetable oil - for frying

How to make

Mix both flours with the salt, milk and 1/2 cup (125 ml) water.

Stir them well until you obtain a smooth mixture.

Cut the onions into rings 1/2″ (1 cm) thick.

Heat the oil, dip the onions in the mixture and braise until they turn a golden-brown color.

Put them on paper towels. Serve hot.
