How to make
Wash the potatoes and put them to boil. Once boiled and cooled, cut them into halves.
Carve out the middle of each half with a small spoon. Cut the carved out insides finely, add the eggs, crumbled feta cheese (leave a little for sprinkling on top).
Chop the green onions and add them, sprinkle with salt and turmeric. Stir the mixture well, put a piece of butter in each carved out space and then fill with mixture.
Bake in a moderate oven until reddened. When you turn the oven off, sprinkle them with grated feta cheese. Serve warm!
