  • peppers - 6.6 lb (3 kg).
  • eggplants - 4.4 lb (2 kg).
  • sugar - 1 cup (250 g)
  • vinegar - 1 cup (250 g)
  • apples - 5.
  • garlic - 1 head
  • oil - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml).

How to make

The red peppers and eggplant are baked, peeled and cut.

In hot oil, fry the apples until golden, cut into slices and clean them. Add them to the peppers, eggplant, crushed garlic, chopped parsley and some sugar dissolved in vinegar.

Mix well, ass salt and pack into jars, to be sterilized for 10 minutes
