How to make
Boil the milk with the salt and add the flour all at once. Stir until a fine layer of dough forms on the bottom and starts homogenizing. Remove and leave to cool in a separate container.
Then add the eggs one at a time and stir after each.
Heat plenty of oil for frying and pour the dough into a pastry bag, with a star-shaped tip.
Squeeze out long churros straight into the hot oil. Fry the churros on both sides, turning occasionally.
Sprinkle powdered sugar over the warm churros. Serve them with a chocolate sauce made from the dark chocolate melted in the hot milk.
Dip your churros in the chocolate sauce and eat with pleasure.
