How to make
Wash the meat and cut it into coarse cubes. Put them in a container and sprinkle with spices to taste. Pour 1 tbsp mustard, all purpose sauce and a little beer over them. Stir and leave them aside while you prepare the veggies.
Peel the potatoes and chop them. Do the same with the carrots, peppers, onions and mushrooms. Place the onions at the bottom of the clay pot, then the carrots, meat, potatoes, peppers and stir. Close the clay pot and bake on low heat about 3-4 hours.
I recommend that you gradually increase the heat and check on the dish to bake the potatoes faster.
After 4 hours, the dish will be fully ready. Serve with a glass of wine or beer!
