  • pancakes - 5
  • potatoes - 5, medium
  • eggs - 3
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • feta cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • mayonnaise - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • salt
  • green olives
  • cherry tomatoes
  • tomatoes - 1, yellow
  • parsley

How to make

Boil the potatoes and eggs until ready. Peel them.

Put a pancake at the bottom of a large suitable plate.

Smear it with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with grated potatoes, coarsely grated feta cheese and cheese. Sprinkle with salt and a grated egg.

Place a 2nd pancake on top and repeat this order until out of ingredients.

Smear the top and sides of the cake with mayo. Stick grated and salted potatoes along the sides, then finely chopped fresh parsley as well.

Garnish with a ring of grated potatoes on top. In the very middle put grated eggs and garnish with olives, a yellow tomato and cherry tomatoes.
