  • lard - 4/5 cup (200 g) pork
  • powdered sugar - 4 tbsp
  • eggs - 1
  • water - 3 tbsp ice cold
  • vanilla - 1
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1 4/5 cups (450 g)
  • jam - of your choice (for the filling)
  • powdered sugar - for sprinkling

How to make

Knead a soft dough from the listed products, leave it for 20 min. in the fridge.

Roll it out, cut out squares, put generous amounts of jam in each square, roll them up into cigars.

Bake at 370°F (190 °C) for 15-20 min. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
