Ingredients

  • mussels - 12.5 oz (350 g) canned
  • onions - 1 head
  • peppers - 1 red
  • oranges - 2 - 3 slices
  • olives - 2/5 cup (100 g) green with anchovies
  • olive oil - for the roux
  • salt
  • black pepper - to taste
  • white wine - 2 tbsp (30 ml)

How to make

Cut the onions into crescents and braise them in the olive oil.

To them add the finely chopped pepper, chopped olives and slices of orange. Season with salt and black pepper, stir.

Add the mussels and stir again, then pour in the white wine.
