  • carrots - 18 oz (500 g)
  • ham - boiled 4.5 oz (120 g) finely chopped
  • oil - 4 fl oz (120 ml)
  • salt
  • eggs - 2
  • sour cream - 1/4 cup
  • parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup grated

How to make

The cleaned carrots are cooked in boiling water for no more than four minutes. Drain and cut into circles.

Heats the butter in a pan over medium heat, add carrots, salt and sauté about 1-2 minutes. Afterwards, transfer into a baking dish.

The eggs get well mixed with the cream, parmesan and finely chopped ham. The mixture is poured over the carrots.

Bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven, for about 20 minutes.
