Ingredients

  • eggs - 1
  • sugar - 1/2 cup
  • oil - 1 tbsp
  • flour - 1 cup
  • yogurt - 1 cup
  • walnuts - 1 cup, coarsely chopped
  • jam - 2/5 cup (100 g)

How to make

Add the baking soda to the yoghurt and stir well.

Beat the egg and sugar until whitened. Add the oil, flour and yoghurt.

Beat to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Add the jam and walnuts at the end.

Pour the resulting mixture in a greased cake form.

Bake at 360°F (180 °C) for 25-30 min.
