How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar into a fluffy cream. In a thin stream, successively add the oil and milk to them.
Add the mixed sifted flour with the baking powder and mix until a thick and homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Mix the jam with most of the crushed walnuts.
On a tray lined with baking paper and greased with a little oil, spread half of the cake mixture.
Spread the filling evenly on top and spread the second half of the mixture and finally sprinkle with the remaining ground walnuts.
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C), place the tray with jam cake and reduce to 320°F (160°C).
Bake the Autumn Cake with Jam and Walnuts for about 45 minutes or until the cake is done.
