In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the oil, baking soda and vanilla to them. Add the milk and flour, stirring gently. Add the crushed walnuts and jam and mix.
Put the finished mixture into a baking dish greased with oil and sprinkled with flour. Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for about 40 minutes.
Remove, and after it cools, cut it and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
