How to make
Combine all the products together using a chopper/blender for 10-15 seconds to obtain large buttery crumbs. If you don't have a chopper, mix everything by hand, rubbing the butter through the flour and beating the egg lightly before adding it.
Pour the crumbs onto a counter and shape the dough into a ball.
Put the dough in the fridge for 20 min.
Heat the oven to 360°F (180°С).
Roll out the dough to 1/4″ (0.5 cm) thick and cut out shapes.
Bake onto baking paper for 10-12 min. or until the cookies gain a golden crisp.
Store in a box.
