How to make
Beat the confectionery cream with the sugar and vanilla sugar very well. Make the instant coffee and sweeten it.
Cut the bananas and strawberries into round slices.
Syrup the 1st layer with the coffee, smear a thin layer of the jam and then cream, arrange the bananas, thin layer of cream and the 2nd layer.
Do the same with the 3 cake layers, while pressing on top well. You can even put strawberry pieces between the layers. Decorate with the colored whipped cream on top.
Arrange pieces of strawberries and confectionery pearls.
