Ingredients

  • phyllo pastry - 17.5 oz (500 g) sheets
  • feta cheese - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • eggs - 4
  • yoghurt - 1 cup (250 g)
  • flour - 4/5 cup (170 g)
  • baking powder - 1 tsp (5 g)
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)

How to make

Beat the yoghurt with the baking soda and baking powder in a bowl, leave it to bubble, add the flour, eggs and oil.

Lay out a sheet, put 1 tbsp of the mixture, a 2nd sheet on top, 2 tbsp of mixture, crumble on feta cheese, roll it up lengthwise and then into a spiral.

Repeat for all of the sheets. Bake at 360°F (180 °C).
