Ingredients

  • pork - 23 oz (650 g)
  • onion - 3 heads
  • garlic - 3 - 4 cloves
  • carrots - 1
  • peppers - 2 - 3, green and red
  • potatoes - 5.5 oz (150 g) fried
  • mushrooms - 5.5 oz (150 g) canned or fresh
  • salt
  • black pepper

  • cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)

How to make

Smear the saj with oil and put it in the oven at 340°F (170 °C). Once it heats up, pour in a little more oil and add the chopped pork.
