  • avocados - 2
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • olive oil - 1 - 2 tsp
  • lemons - 1
  • yoghurt - 3 tbsp
  • black pepper

How to make

Chop the fruits in half, remove the pits and rind. Cut the fruits into pieces. Put the avocado pieces in a suitable container, add the garlic, olive oil and yoghurt.

Mash the products until you get a smooth mixture with its characteristic green color. Add salt and black pepper to taste.

Serve the antipasto on its own or smeared on whole grain toast.
