How to make
Chop the onions and mushrooms finely and saute them in the butter. Add the mashed garlic and once the water evaporates completely, add the finely chopped parsley and black pepper.
Cut the pork fillet into 4 pieces. Tenderize each piece, put it onto a piece of foil and distribute some filling on top. Cover with a slice of ham, then another 1 tbsp filling on top.
Prepare the other pieces the same way. Wrap them with their foil, arrange the packets in a tray and pour in a little water. Bake in a moderate oven.
